Returning to the First Amendment Area
We are reviewing specific wording for the first amendment area topic. To review, the current proposal is

The United States Supreme Court should overrule one of more of its decisions that struck down a statute on the grounds that it violated the First Amendment's protection of free speech.

Well remember the prosecution of the child porn that was computer generated but looked realistic? I think that may be the child porn decision you're talking about.

hell yeah i remember that realistic stuff. that was AWESOME, i wish there was more of that available

I think if you address Gordons concern there were 4 other committee members shaking their head yes that you should have until tomorrow morning to be able to respond if you wanted to. You certainly arent obliged to because you have done so much work already and these are new concerns. Addressing his and Mancuso's concerns and that no one will engage the 1st amendment on the neg with the CP, should suffice I hope. Thanks Tim--Chief
